Our client had been messed around by a well-known high-street estate agent, and their 4-bed family home had been on the market for months.
Needless to say, they were getting disheartened and frustrated. The estate agent either wasn’t doing the viewings, or sending inexperienced agents who hadn’t done their research. On top of that, they were low-balling our client on the price.
